Corporate governance structure

The Board of Directors' meeting on November 25, 2025, resolved to approve the restructuring of the corporate governance structure. This includes the establishment of the Chief Executive Officer - International Business (Vietnam and Indonesia) position, and the Chief Executive Officer - Technology, Sustainability, and Corporate Efficiency position. Additionally, the title of Chief Operating Officer - Fibers and Paper Packaging Business will be changed to Chief Operating Officer - Paper Packaging Business, and the title of Chief Marketing Officer will be changed to Chief Customer Officer. These changes shall be effective from January 1, 2026, onwards.
